Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

All products available at usezivaz.com are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers to the address provided at the time of purchase. Our “Free Shipping” method (fixed cost of R$0.00) typically takes between 10 to 25 business days (after the product is shipped). Depending on your location, product dispatch occurs within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
