1.1. Shipping Methods
All products available at Zivaz are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout.

Free Shipping: Fixed cost of $0.00, with a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Depending on your location, orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
We guarantee a tracking code so customers can monitor the status of their delivery at any time.
Important: In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to external factors such as logistics disruptions, strikes, peak demand periods, or other situations beyond our control.
Zivaz guarantees delivery. If the package is lost during transit, we take full responsibility and will refund the full value of the product(s). All shipments include tracking and loss protection insurance.
1.2. Insured Shipping
If the product is delayed and not delivered within 60 business days after dispatch, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded.
Note: You may receive more than one package, as products may come from different suppliers. If one item arrives before the others, don’t worry—this is completely normal.
1.3. Order Tracking
Shipments are made via Correos or other logistics providers. A tracking code is always provided so you can follow your order.
Zivaz will send the tracking number to your email as soon as it becomes available—usually within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
2. General Conditions
2.1. Shipping Address
Zivaz will ship the products to the address entered by the customer at checkout. We recommend carefully verifying the address before confirming the purchase to avoid delivery issues.
If the package is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered by the customer, reshipping will only be possible after payment of a new shipping fee.
2.2. Recipient Not Available
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
The courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is present, the package will be sent to the nearest postal branch. In that case, the recipient must collect the package within 7 calendar days.
If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender. Reshipping will only be made after payment of a new shipping fee.
Details about delivery attempts and the pickup location will be available in the order tracking.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Zivaz is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If delivery is not possible due to such an error, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to the same address.
2.4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
If the order is held at customs and additional fees or duties are charged, Zivaz will cover all such costs.
The customer will only pay the amount displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
